HIS LOVE

The excitement of the Christmas celebration is over and it is time to set goals and make plans for the new-year. One of the plans you can make is choosing to enjoy the gift this season offers – Love.
The busy Christmas season can leave us exhausted with decorating and entertaining; that it is quite easy to lose sight of the real gift of Christmas.

What is the real gift of Christmas? A love that is steadfast and unchanging, a love so unique and intricate to meet your needs yet reliable that you can depend on it.

Have you ever had car trouble on your way to an important event? Your first reaction will be to call Roadside Assist. You know they will be there to provide all the assistance you require.

Well, in our lives we may have things we struggle with – maybe a drinking addiction, a health challenge or uncertainty about our finances, kids, health; you might even have everything already figured out; but, ‘don’t we all need help sometimes’?

Imagine, you attempted fixing your car by yourself; maybe you could get it fixed but that would take a lot of time and energy.
Won’t you rather leverage on the expertise of the Roadside Assist Team?

“Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.” – Matthew 11:28 -30 (MSG)

We all need that assurance as we go through the uncertainties of life; that we are not alone and that we will get all the help we need to get through life.

What if I don’t believe the Roadside Assist Team can help me?
Then, you possibly would not give them a ring and they won’t be able to assist.
“Look at me. I stand at the door. I knock. If you hear me call and open the door, I’ll come right in and sit down to supper with you.” – Rev 3:20 (MSG)

God hasn’t promised that there would be no troubles in our lives if we accept him; but he promises that You will never be alone; He will be with you every step of the way and You will never walk alone; you will experience the Love, Joy and Peace that is found by being deeply rooted in His Love. Will you accept Him?

May you be rooted deep in LOVE and founded securely on LOVE, that you may have the power and be strong to apprehend and grasp with all God’s devoted people, the experience of that LOVE, what is the breadth and length and height and depth of it; that you may really come to know practically, through experience for yourselves, the LOVE of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge without experience; that you may be filled through all your being unto all the fullness of God, and may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself! Ephesians 3:17-19 (AMPC)
