GOODBYE TO 2020
Congratulations for making it through one of the most turbulent years ever in the history of mankind.
The year 2020 will no doubt go down memory lane as one that changed the course of human existence for a few of the reasons below:
- Loss of lives to the COVID-19 pandemic on an unprecedented scale.
- Massive disruptions to our lifestyles and livelihood occasioned by lockdowns following the pandemic etc.
No wonder we’ve coined the phrase “new normal” to reflect our adaptive response to the effects of the changes in every sphere of our lives.
Nevertheless, for God’s people, the year will also be remembered as one that witnessed great manifestations of His promises.
A MESSAGE OF HOPE
Welcome to 2021!
Irrespective of your peculiar circumstances stemming from the effects of the pandemic, there’s always a need to start the new year with a positive outlook.
That is, for anyone experiencing a downturn, always remember that God’s promises shrouded in his words are potent to help you get back on your feet and make a head start in 2021(Job 14:7, Isaiah 58:8).
So, stay positive and envision God’s plans for an opportunity to help you break forth like the dawn in the new year.
Most importantly, even though the year is one that promises hope and restoration, always remember that you need God to carry you through (John 15:5).
